I would describe myself as someone who is highly motivated person for work. Seeking to become a highly skilled person to utilize my working and learning skill that leads me to grow professionally and individually.
Experience: 

 1. I have done my internship in Account Assistant, Hetauda Baniya Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. from March 2022 - May 2022. Baniya Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. is one of the best construction company of Hetauda. Some activities performed during internship listed below: 

  • Recording of expenses via Journal voucher and expenses voucher in Navigator system.
  • Managing the balance sheets and find out profit/loss.
  • Reviewing purchase orders, entry purchase invoice and good receipt in the system.
  • Analyzing all transaction.

 2.Technova Global Pvt. Ltd. is Us based company where employee does online marketing as recruiter. I have worked here for 8 months from August 2022 to March 2022. Some activities performed during my working period listed below:

  • Creating and delivering mail to the vendors.
  • Have to communicate with so many vendors for a deal of consultants and maintaining good relationship as well. 
  • Posting consultants details in LinkedIn.
  • Updating social media platforms. (Dice, Filxtor, Monster)  

    3.Sajilo Sewa is Service providing company Located at Naya Bato. I have worked as Customer Service Representative from May 2023 to September 2023

 some activities performed during my working period listed below: 

  • Managing large amount of incoming phone calls.
  • Handle Customer complaints and provide Appropriate solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationship to customer.
  • Creating orders, Cost updates in google sheets.
  • Provide Estimate to the customer.
  • Creating order in Application and Assign to Technician.
  • Handling social media.

4. Citytech Group is fintech company.I have worked here as People Operations Associate. I have worked from September 2023 to September 2024.

  • Updating and maintaining payroll.
  • Maintaining HIRS system Overall ( Leaves check, Entitle Leaves, Updating payable and adding public holidays as well).
  • Phone call interview and screening CV.
  • Every month end maintaining budget of people operation.
  • Use Canva for Birthday, Anniversary and Welcome post and for month end video.
  • Maintaining and updating every details of employee in worksheet and updating employee document to folder.
  • Sharing sheets to employees for review and goal setting.
  • Used google Calander for scheduling interview or events.
  • Sharing Sheets to the leaders when Probation period is completed of employees.
  • Handling all onboarding and offboarding part. 
  • Part of admin also look after if finance and admin department require. Even I have dual role as People Operations Associate and staying at front desk so handling guest at the same time.
