The Job Role:
The UK Sales Manager will drive crop cover sales across the country, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while expanding new business opportunities. This role plays a key part in growing market presence, identifying innovative solutions for customers whilst maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, driving sales growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK.
Collaborate with HLH agronomists to expand our customer base.
Gather market intelligence to identify trends, and new product opportunities.
Prepare and communicate accurate sales quotes.
Keep customer records updated in SAP and manage sales administration efficiently.
Represent the company at trade shows and events to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Candidate Requirements:
Ideally a background in agricultural sales, although not essential.
Proven ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
A self-motivated approach with a proactive sales mindset.
Strong numerical and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
A collaborative team player who shares insights and works effectively with colleagues.
Confident in presenting ideas and solutions to customers.
